You can start by filling out the attached form. After filling out the form, you can then proceed to indicating the quantity of your order. After completing the form, you can then submit it for processing. If you are onsite in our booth, submit the form to any of our staff. If you received the form via mail, you can scan the completed form and send it to partners@mosbeau.com.
All products are air freighted from our Japan facility, shipped via EMS Japan. In cases where you have your own courier or forwarding partner, you may opt to use your account with them and have the products picked up from our office to your warehousing facility.
We have particular shipping lead times for each region. These lead times do not include any extra customs clearing time that may have been previously unanticipated.
We accept TT, PayPal, and all major credit cards.
Yes. We are able to supply instantaneously. However, we recommend that you make early reservations (at least 2 to 3 weeks ahead of time) to ensure that you will be supplied with your required quantity.
All products have a shelf life of 2 years from the date of manufacture. The dates are marked on the boxes and labels.
Our target market are women from class A, B, and upper C segment of the market, between the ages 20-55 years old who are expecting for the highest quality results from the beauty products they own.
We provide samples during events and exhibitions. You are encouraged to visit us at our booth and speak with our managers. We can also arrange for product samples to be included in your initial stocking.
Since different partners have different requirements when it comes to marketing support, we customize the support we provide around the nature of your business, your distribution network, and your promotional strategies.
Yes. The quantity and pricing will be specific to the product you would like to have under your own label. Fill out the form and we will discuss the procedure with you in detail.
