Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Want to know the process of returning an item? Provided below is a step-by-step guide on how to return or replace your order and refund your payment.

If the product ordered is damaged, already expired or wrong item, we will provide a replacement or a refund provided that you notify us within 7 days upon delivery to process your request.

If you received an incomplete order, we will send the missing product free of charge.

If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.If you paid in cash, we will offer a cash refund. If you paid using a card, we will refund it back to your card. Note: The client will handle all shipping costs for returning the product.
